AI in Sendfire

What Sendfire drafts for you, what runs on its own, and which decisions stay yours.

Start the next draft with what you already know about the brand. Sendfire drafts copy from your brand brief and the lessons you’ve kept, and explains campaign results for you to review. You decide what clients see and which proposed lessons to keep.

Will it sound like my brand?

Every draft is written against your brand brief: voice, audience, offers and constraints. After a campaign, the retro reads the results and proposes what’s worth keeping. A proposed lesson reaches future drafts only after you accept it.

The next brief for Northline opens with this lesson in place. Prepared example, fictional brand.

A saved lesson keeps the evidence behind it. When Sendfire drafts copy, it records which lessons it was given.

Where do the numbers come from?

Retros and monthly reports cite Klaviyo figures with the date they were captured, so when a client asks where a number came from you can show them. The monthly draft is checked against that evidence before you see it, and a draft that fails the check stops there. A report reaches a client only when you share it.

What runs on its own?

Sendfire syncs Klaviyo data and can prepare campaign retros and monthly reports automatically, so the review of a campaign is waiting when you come to it. The Klaviyo connection is read-only.

Can I use my own AI?

Yes. Sendfire is an MCP server, so you can connect Claude or Claude Code to your account and read your Brand Memory, campaigns, flows and performance from there, and save ideas, brief changes and copy back into the workshop for your review. What you spend in Claude is billed by Anthropic, separate from the AI included with Sendfire. Connect Claude to Sendfire has the setup steps.

Which models?

Sendfire uses Anthropic’s Claude models, including Fable for campaign analysis and monthly report drafts, and Opus for copy and proposed follow-up decisions. Two subject-line steps use a model from TypeSafe AI. One labels what each Klaviyo campaign was for, from its name, subject line and preview text. The other reads a campaign’s brief before subject lines are drafted. AI use is included in your plan’s allowance; how the allowance works is on Pricing.
