Questions

What counts as a brand?: A business you manage in Sendfire, with its own Klaviyo account. Each brand takes one place on the plan; removing a brand frees its place.
Do reviewers or approvers cost extra?: No. Members who review, comment and approve are included in the workspace price.
What is the AI allowance?: A monthly amount of AI work included in the plan: briefs, drafts, retros, reports and chat. AI Activity shows how much you’ve used and when it resets. It resets monthly and doesn’t roll over.
What happens if I use it all?: You get a warning around 80%. At 100%, new AI requests pause until the reset. Existing work, editing and member review stay available. There are no overage charges and no switch to a cheaper model.
Can I cancel?: Yes. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time.
Is there a free trial?: No. Sendfire is in early access at $99 USD a month for one brand or $199 USD for up to five, billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time.
