- Do my clients need an account?
- Yes. They join your workspace as members, from an invite email. Nothing to install.
- Can a client see only their own brand?
- Yes. Access is workspace-wide or one brand, and they see only what’s been shared with them.
- What does a client see when they sign in?
- Their Today: what’s been shared with them and what’s waiting on their decision.
- Can more than one person be required to approve?
- Yes. You pick who’s required for each round. The round completes when every required approver has approved; everyone else is advisory.
- How do I know if they’ve opened it?
- Each person on the round shows viewed or not yet viewed.
- What happens to feedback when I send a new version?
- A new round starts. The earlier feedback stays with its round, and the new version is the one under review.
- Does approval send the email?
- No. Approval records the decision against that version. You send from Klaviyo.
- Can a colleague join without seeing my other clients?
- Yes. Brand-scoped access works for colleagues the same as for clients.
- Can they review on a phone?
- Yes. The same version at phone width, and SMS shown as the message received.
- What does it cost to add reviewers?
- Reviewing and approving members are included in the workspace price.
