Where it lives in Sendfire
What changes when it’s connected
Take one Northline campaign. The brief said the spring launch email was for lapsed customers, with the Alder Shell as the lead product and a note to keep the tone practical. That brief stayed with the campaign through the draft, the review and the send.
When the results were ready to review, the retro read that recorded brief alongside the Klaviyo results and compared what the campaign set out to do with what happened. It suggested one thing worth keeping: for this spring launch to lapsed customers, product-led subject lines had done better than benefit-led ones. The marketer tightened the wording and accepted it into Brand Memory. The next brief and draft for Northline can draw on it.
Illustrative. Northline is a fictional brand.
That is the whole idea. What you meant, what was approved and what happened stay on one campaign record. Lessons you accept can inform the next brief.
The approver sees the version you mean
Members read and comment on the version you shared. The people whose approval is required record their decision against that version, so “which one did they sign off?” stops being a question.
The report’s figures have sources
Sendfire syncs campaign and flow results from Klaviyo, plus snapshots of the lists and segments you track. The month’s report pairs those results with your explanation, and each Klaviyo figure keeps its source. When a client asks where a number came from, you show them.
A question can span sends
A Klaviyo split tells you how the variations performed on one send. A Test in Sendfire keeps the question, the sends that belong to it, and your written conclusion together. A Test can propose a lesson from your conclusion for you to review in Brand Memory.
What it connects to
You manage your brands in one workspace. Each brand connects to its Klaviyo account through a read-only connection, so building and sending stay in Klaviyo. Members are people you invite, with access to the whole workspace or a single brand. Each brand has its own memory, campaigns and reports.
