Connect Claude to Sendfire
Sendfire is an MCP server. Connect Claude or Claude Code with your Sendfire account to read Brand Memory, Campaigns, flows and performance, to save ideas, Campaign Brief changes and copy into the workshop, and to suggest Brand Memory learnings for your review.
The server
https://www.sendfire.app/mcp
Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in. Claude and Claude Code are the clients Sendfire admits today. You need Marketer access in the Workspace you connect.
Connect from Claude
-
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
-
Name it Sendfire, paste the server URL above and add the connector.
-
Choose Connect. Sign in to Sendfire, pick the Workspace this connection will use, and allow access.

In a conversation, turn Sendfire on from the + menu under Connectors.
On Claude Team or Enterprise, an owner adds the connector first; each member then connects with their own Sendfire account. Anthropic’s guide: Get started with custom connectors.

Try a request
- List the brands I can access in Sendfire.
- Read [brand]’s Brand Brief and summarise its voice, audience and saved learnings.
- Summarise [brand]’s campaign performance over the last 30 days. Include the dates and any gaps in the evidence.
- Read [brand]’s Brand Brief, then save a Campaign idea for [occasion] as a draft in Sendfire.
- Suggest what we just agreed about [brand]’s audience as a Brand Memory learning.
What Claude can read
| Tool | Returns |
|---|---|
list_brands get_brand_brief |
The Brands you can access, and a Brand’s Brand Brief: the compiled Brand Memory Sendfire’s own drafting uses. |
list_campaigns get_campaign |
A Brand’s Campaigns by stage or send date, and one Campaign’s Brief, copy, latest Retro and performance. |
query_performance |
Campaign or flow totals with dates and freshness. Date filters apply to Campaigns; flows report their latest synced window. |
list_flows get_flow |
A Brand’s flows, and one flow’s Flow Spec, Revisions and performance. |
list_tests get_audience_health |
A Brand’s Tests with their conclusions, and its Audience Health. |
Every number comes with the date it was read from Klaviyo and a note on how fresh it is, so Claude can tell you when the evidence is thin.
What Claude can write
| Tool | Writes |
|---|---|
save_campaign_idea |
A new idea in the Brand’s Campaign ideas, as a private draft. |
update_campaign_brief |
Fields of a Campaign Brief. Changed fields lose their validated mark until you validate them again. |
write_campaign_copy |
Email or SMS copy onto a Campaign’s Content tab, as unaccepted copy for your review. |
propose_brand_memory_change |
A suggested learning, new or a change to one already saved, in the Brand’s Brand Memory under Suggestions. |
Writes land in the workshop for your review. Nothing a connected client does is committed, published, approved or sent, and Sent Campaigns are never changed. A suggested learning reaches Brand Memory only when you accept it under Suggestions; you can edit it first or dismiss it. Sendfire records what the client wrote and what it replaced. Connected clients cannot run Sendfire’s own drafting or touch Klaviyo.
Access and billing
Each connection acts as you, with your Marketer access, in the one Workspace you picked when you connected. To work in another Workspace, add a second connection.
What you spend in Claude is billed by Anthropic and is separate from the AI included with Sendfire. AI in Sendfire describes what is included.
Disconnect
In Sendfire, open your account menu, choose Manage account → Connected agents and revoke the connection. From then on, calls from that client are refused until you connect again.
